Civic Exchange submitted a document to the Legislative Council Panel on Environmental Affairs, supporting the revised plan put forward by the Environmental Protection Department to incentivise early retirement of pre-Euro IV diesel commercial vehicles and sharing the views on improving roadside emissions.
