This is a second and supplementary submission from Civic Exchange on the project profile for ESB-250/2012. The points raised refer to the further information published on 30 June 2012, the accompanying press release of the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) and to the original project profile of 28 May 2012, particularly where the further information casts new light. 

We ask these questions within 14 days of the publication of the revised project profile in order to afford the Director of Environmental Protection (DEP) the opportunity outlined in section 5(4) of the Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (EIAO) to request the applicant to give further information concerning the project profile or notify the applicant of any defects in the application. These questions and comments may also serve to assist the DEP in drafting the study brief.
