Hong Kong’s air pollution is an important threat to public health in Hong Kong. Motor vehicles are one of the major sources, of these, diesel commercial vehicles contribute to the predominated portion of total vehicular emissions. This report aims to propose measures to accelerate the replacement of diesel vehicles.
