Modernising Hong Kong’s Water Management Policy Part I: Conservation and Consumption: Towards a Water-Smart Hong Kong

In this first report of “Modernising Hong Kong’s Water Policy Management” on conservation and consumption, we propose critical suggestions in pushing for behavioural change of consumers and more rapid responses by the Water Supplies Department to infrastructural failures. Key Policy Recommendations
