This report highlights the main themes addressed by the 156 speakers of the Walk21 Hong Kong conference in October 2016. The five-day event attracted almost 600 delegates and 300 attendees to a public forum. More importantly, this report looks ahead to the future – and how Hong Kong can implement some of these ideas. The Walk21 conference can be seen as a springboard to the Walkability initiative, which Civic Exchange is launching in late 2016.
