Kylie Uebergang began working at Civic Exchange in 2002 in various roles, including researcher, program manager and voluntary CFO. She became board member in 2012 and co-chaired the board in 2014 to 2016. In 2008, Ms Uebergang co-founded and acted as executive director for PathFinders, a charity which ensures that the most vulnerable children born in Hong Kong, and their migrant mothers, are respected and protected. She also advises and mentors executives from a number of other grassroots charities, such as Enrich and Resolve, which support migrants, ethnic minorities and children in the city. Ms Uebergang was born in Australia and moved to Hong Kong with her partner in 1999. A qualified Australian chartered accountant, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Melbourne and Vancouver, and later Ernst & Young in Hong Kong.
