Civic Exchange, an independent, non-partisan, Hong Kong-based public policy think tank, is recruiting suitable candidates for the following positions:

1. Research Director

Job Description:

The Research Director will lead and oversee the organisation’s research and policy analysis function, reporting to the CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of policy research or analysis
  • Quantitative skills such as modeling and data analysis
  • Good understanding of the policy landscape and overall situation in Hong Kong
  • Strong communication and managerial skills


2. Office Manager (Starting immediately)

Job Description:

The Office Administrator will manage office systems and administration in a medium sized NGO while supporting our CEO as Executive Assistant. Candidates who look for meaningful work in a dynamic environment could be very suitable. Bilingualism in Chinese and English is required. Previous experience in office administration is highly desirable. Salary negotiable.


3. Research Associate

Job Description:

To work on research and policy analysis and to provide project support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree at a minimum
  • Strong analytical, research and writing skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Strong interest in societal issues and public policy
